When applying for a merchant account on-line with Total Merchant Services., we will ask for personal information on the owners for the purposes of determining credit worthiness, product billing, delivery and possible contact in the event of problems with your order.  We do not sell, share, lease, post, or distribute your personal information to third party vendors for marketing or other purposes.

We use cookies as a method of determining the referring web site for our referral and affiliate programs.   These cookies in no way contain personal or private information, but are a simple "key" saved by your browser to access your session data on our server unless otherwise specified.
